24 hour registered nursing care is provided throughout New Vista at all times.
There is a house doctor who makes regular visits, and on call services. However residents are welcome to retain their own doctors if desired.
Additional professional services can be provided including physiotherapists, podiatrists and dieticians as required.
All residents have their own private rooms and are encouraged to add their own personal touches by bringing in special possessions to make them feel more at home.
There are a number of sitting and lounge areas available to residents and families, and residents are encouraged to take advantage of outdoor sitting areas in fine weather. The recently planted landscaping around the building is lush and welcoming. The activities programme and regular entertainment enhance residents daily activity.
